About the company
A full-line distributor of pharmaceutical and medical supplies
Delta Supply Group supplies licensed pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, long-term care operators, and specialty practices. Our catalog spans 11 categories — dispensing packaging and labeling, compounding consumables, injection and diagnostic supplies, infection control, wound care, durable medical equipment, and cold chain.
Company overview
Single-source supply for regulated care settings
Healthcare providers typically maintain separate supplier relationships for dispensing packaging, labeling and printer media, personal protective equipment, compounding consumables, and durable medical equipment. Each relationship carries its own order minimums, freight terms, ordering system, and service standards.
That fragmentation carries cost beyond unit price. It consumes purchasing hours, produces multiple invoices to reconcile against receipts, and leaves no single point of accountability when a product is recalled or a lot must be traced.
Delta Supply Group consolidates that requirement into one account. We hold inventory in the categories our customers reorder most, source the balance through qualified manufacturers and distributors, and assign a dedicated account manager to every relationship. Customers order once, receive one invoice, and have one party accountable for the outcome.

Leadership
Erik Khanbabaian
Founder & Principal
Erik Khanbabaian leads Delta Supply Group's commercial and sourcing operations, working directly with account holders on formulary requirements, contract pricing, and supply continuity.
Account holders are given a direct line to leadership rather than a general support queue. Sourcing decisions, pricing exceptions, and substitution approvals are made by the people accountable for them.

How we manage an account
The standards below govern how orders are quoted, confirmed, and fulfilled.
Documented lead times
Availability and lead time are confirmed when an order is placed rather than after it ships. Non-stock and special-order items are quoted with an expected delivery window before the order is accepted.
Controlled substitutions
No product ships as an equivalent without customer approval. Where a specified item is unavailable, qualified alternatives are presented with manufacturer and specification detail for review.
Stable contract pricing
Pricing is held for the term of the agreement. Volume tiers and standing-order terms are established in writing at account setup and reviewed on a defined schedule.
Proactive exception management
Backorders, short shipments, and transit damage are reported to the account as they are identified, with a revised delivery commitment and a named party responsible for resolution.
Quality & regulatory
Sourcing, traceability, and storage standards
Devices and consumables are sourced from FDA-registered manufacturers with current establishment listings on file. Shipments are recorded to lot and expiry so that a recall notice or an audit request is answered from records rather than reconstructed.
Compounding lines are selected against current USP chapters, including hazardous-drug handling requirements under USP <800>. Temperature-sensitive freight moves in qualified shippers with in-box monitoring and documented excursion handling.
